In their next sale Chaponnière & Firmenich offer gold coins from ancient to modern times, with selected medals, banknotes and orders. Collectors will find an interesting selection of Swiss coins with a MS 66 graded 100 Francs 1925, the highest grade for this one year type.

One highlight of the sale is a selection of coins from the Trausnitz Collection. In this preview, Alan Walker focuses on some ancient coins with particularly intriguing subjects and background stories.
