One part of the Kagin’s ANA National Money Show Auction is the Ken Hallenbeck Collection of traditional Money that features among other rarities a selection of the stone money of Yap and Feather Money from the Santa Cruz Islands.

E-Sale 68 is now online and open for bidding. It features 1,557 lots of Celtic, Greek, Judaean, Roman, Byzantine and Islamic coins, electrotypes and books. Bidders will find pieces from a variety of notable collections.

It is very rare to see so many special collections at once as in Künker’s auction week taking place from 16 to 20 March 2020. The highlight is obviously the Samel Collection of Jewish coins; however, this is just one of more than 10 important special collections.

CNG’s online auction 461 features 712 lots. Collectors will find a number of Greek issues of the Bosporus from the AG Collection, as well as a diverse group of Roman Imperial bronze issues of the Tetrarchy. This sale also includes a group of numismatic literature.

One highlight at Stack’s Bowers Galleries NYINC sale was a stunning 1692 5 Guineas from Great Britain graded NGC MS-62 that realized $312,000. Specialized collections like the Kyle Ponterio Collection of Countermarked issues were also in the center of attention.

Heritage’s World & Ancient Coins January 2020 sales have surpassed $17m with a world auction record for a “Una and the Lion” selling for $690,000. The U.S. coins sales were led by a $2,160,000 bid for a 1927-D Double Eagle, the rarest regular-issue of a 20th century American coin.

With the likes of the famous Brutus Denarius, and the only gold coin with a portrait of Charlemagne, CNGs Triton auction at the New York International Numismatic Convention offered great rarities and famous collections that altogether realized over $13 Million.

This sale features a selection of 720 lots of Greek, Roman, Byzantine coins, all chosen with contribution from NAC’s experts. The Roman Provincial part of the sale includes a selection from the famous Dattari Collection.

Once again Classical Numismatic Group has published their Classical Numismatic Review Winter to present a choice of coins and medals available in their online shop. This issue includes some outstanding examples of ancient and British coinage.

Roma Numismatics E-Sale 67 features 1,526 lots. Buyers will find Greek and Roman coins from the Michael Higley Collection as well as offers from the full spectrum of the numismatic world.
