The first public auction of Via Numismatic on 23rd November 2021 was a great event despite the current Covid lockdown. A 10-ducats piece of Ferdinand III was sold for 105,000 euros.

1790s rarities, Old West wonders and modern marvels: Heritage Auctions’ US coins auction exceeded expectations on numerous occasions. A fierce bidding war drove the final price of an 1870-CC $20 Liberty from The Prestwick Collection up to $1,620,000.

In their huge November 2021 Auction Stack’s Bowers present several thousand selected coins with a main focus on U.S. coins and currency. A highlight will be the first physical cryptocurrency offered at a major live auction.

Nomos 23 will take place on 30th November 2021 in Zürich featuring over 360 lots. A highlight is a gold tetralitron struck in Syracuse – only seven more are known. It is estimated at 100,000 CHF and Alan Walker presents it with some other chosen rarities.

Stack’s Bowers and Ponterio will offer two rarities from 1908 in their Hong Kong Collectors Choice Online Auction from 1 to 3 December 2021: a stunning Empire Dollar, for the first time on the market since 1972, and an outstanding Provincial Dollar from Chihli.

Naville Numismatics features in its new Live Auction 69 a selection of 626 lots of Greek, Roman, Byzantine coins, all chosen with contribution from NAC’s experts. The sale includes a selection of coins from Magna Graecia, Sicily and Greece, some of them from the E.E. Clain-Stefanelli collection.

The Obolos 20 auction from Nomos AG featured a selection of 1,604 lots with a total starting price of 185,308 CHF. After 7,426 bids 93% of the sale was sold and realized a total hammer price of 418,520 CHF.

The upcoming Heritage US Coins Signature Auction offers a number of seldom-seen rarities, many from long-held private collections. This includes the Prestwick Collection of Carson City coins and the Pacific Rim Collection of US patterns.

In auctions 95 and 96, Emporium Hamburg offers collectors a wide range of lots from the entire world of numismatics. There will be 3,200 coins and medals from antiquity to the present, plus banknotes and emergency money.
