22nd Edition of Gadoury’s Monnaies Françaises
There are some books, collectors can’t imagine to do without. Gadoury Rouge is one of those, dealing with French coins struck between 1789 and 2015. Its 22nd edition was completely revised and significantly enlarged. It now contains more than 100 new pages.
Nominations Open for Excellence in Currency Awards for Coins

Japan Mint honors Earthquake Reconstruction Project
On March 11, 2011, a devastating earthquake and tsunami hit eastern Japan, which killed more than 15,000 people and caused a nuclear crisis in Fukushima. The Japan Mint releases now a gold and a silver coin in honor of the Great East Japan Earthquake Reconstruction Project.

An oval and dome shaped coin for the 2015 Rugby World Cup
On 29th of June Monnaie de Paris issued collector coins on the 2015 Rugby World Cup which will take place in England from 18th September to 31st October. The 10 euro silver coin will be oval like a rugby and dome shaped.
Hungary dedicates coin to Jurisics Castle
Continuing its series “Hungarian Castles” the Magyar Nemzeti Bank now adds a new 10,000-Ft silver coin and a 2,000-Ft non-ferrous coin commemorating Jurisics Castle in Köszeg. The castle became particularly famous during the Ottoman wars in the 16th century.
