Due to the Coronavirus precautions the Currency Research Europe Cash Cycle Seminar (ICCOS) has been postponed until 9-11 November 2020. Currency Research have put together a series of short webinar covering some of the time sensitive issues that were due to be discussed during the conferences originally planned dates.

Currency Research has published three seminars so far, registration for the forth is open and the series may be extended based on feedback received. All webinar are free to attend after a short registration (name and e-mail address). These are the sessions and the topics:

  • Session 1: Covid 19 – an overview of activities undertaken by some central banks / Does anyone want to be a cash infrastructure provider anymore?
  • Session 2: Covid 19 Update & The Case For Cash / Partnership During Difficult Situations
  • Session 3: Covid 19 Update & The Cash Industry In Transition / CIT Operations During Covid-19 Pandemic – Country Case Study for Garanti BBVA Turkey
  • Session 4: Covid 19 Update / Cash, cards or cashless? Attempting to understand the world post-Covid-19

Since 1995, the Cash Cycle Seminar (formerly known as ICCOS) – organized by Currency Research – has proposed seminars for commercial cash management, distribution and circulation. Here all stakeholders in cash circulation come together to share perspectives, ideas, cost saving technologies, strategies, best practices, and case studies for the betterment of the industry.
