Rare Coins Moscow Auction 24 will be offering again many rare coins of high quality with a focus on Russian coins. Among the many rarities there is also a probably unique 1 Ruble 1890 starting at $260,000.

Rare Coins newest auction is titled “Superb collection of Ancient, European and Russian coins” with good reason. Collectors will find a strong focus on Russian coins of the highest quality and rarity, including a rare ruble of 1860 estimated at $200,000.

Moscow-based auction house Rare Coins has put together their largest auction so far with exactly 1,000 lots mostly from Russia including numismatic books and catalogues. Two out of three of the submitted lots are of the highest collectible quality: MS (Uncirculated) and Proof.
