The International Numismatic Congress has published this statement on their website:
On behalf of the Organising Committee of the XVI International Numismatic Congress, we condemn V. Putin’s aggression on the territory of Ukraine. We know that many of our Russian numismatic colleagues share our opinion. We will do everything possible to enable our colleagues in both countries to participate in the Congress as fully as possible, in a spirit of friendly, scientific co-operation.
