Extraordinary Collection of Spanish Medieval Coins Part II
Following the highly important Spanish medieval collection auctioned off last year, Cayón Subastas continues the sale with Part 2 (from Alfonso VI, 1088 – to Infante Juan, 1296). The sale closes on 27th May 2021 at 5:00 PM (Madrid, Spain). It features 605 lots, including several rare and scarce coins, and hundreds of budget chance lots (starting price at 30 EUR or less).

Results of E-Auction 74
Cayón Subastas’ e-auction 74 saw strong results and massive participation. The sale closed on 29th April 2021. 786 out of 791 lots (99.37%) were sold with more than 40% increment from the starting price.
Highlights:
- Lot 7540 (8 reales Potosí 1801, Carlos IV, Manila countermark) was sold for 5,074 EUR (starting price 30 EUR).
- Lot 7992 (Peseta 1947*19-56, Estado Español) was sold for 1,321 EUR (Starting Price: 25 EUR).
- Lot 7468 (8 escudos, 1770, Mexico, Carlos III) was sold for 4,661 EUR (Starting Price 2,500 EUR).
- Lot 7425 (Real royal, 1715, Mexico, Felipe V) was sold for 1,652 EUR (Starting Price: 200 EUR).
