The James Loeb Gesellschaft, the Loeb Classical Library Foundation at Harvard University and the Staatlichen Antikensammlungen und Glyptothek organize in cooperation with the Zentralinstitut für Kunstgeschichte on the 7th and 8th of June 2019 at Königsplatz in Munich the second James Loeb-Conference in a series of biennial conferences.
The conference is dedicated to the historical legacy, impact, and contemporary relevance of James Loeb. The topic of this year’s conference is “James Loeb. The Collector and Connoisseur”.
