After leaving the North County Monthly Coin Show on December 1, 2019, currency dealer Vern Potter of Torrance, CA, became victim of a vehicle burglary according Dough Davis of the Numismatic Crime Information Center. Apparently Mr Potter’s complete inventory was stolen, it consisted mostly of obsoletes. The Torrance, CA police department investigates.
