Gorny & Mosch Presents Highlights of Various Collections

From 14-16 October 2019, the auctions 265 “Ancient Coins” and 266 “Selected coins and medals from middle age to modern times” are held by Gorny & Mosch in Munich. Two splendid catalogues are printed on this occasion. Already for the fifth time, an e-auction will be held immediately after the room auction sales on 17 and 18 October.

1,603 ancient coins and medals will be auctioned off on 14 and 15 October 2019 by the auction house Gorny & Mosch in its business premises in Munich. Among them are pieces of

Auction 266

Auction 266 “Selected coins and medals” comprises 770 lots. On 16 October 2019, – among others – selected coins from the German Empire with outstanding grades will be auctioned as well as a collection of yield coins from German regions and other countries and an extensive collection of gold coins from Eastern Europe from seven centuries from Albania to the Czech Republic, which are mainly extremely fine or better. Additionally, attractive individual pieces will be sold.

Once again, Gorny & Mosch will hold an e-auction immediately after the public auction. On 17 October 2019, the online auction sale of coins and multiple lots will start at 10 am. Among the offered objects there are pieces of a South German private collection of Greek Coins, Judaica of the Shlomo Moussaieff Collection and a collection of sesterces and its fractions. On 18 October 2019 starting at 10 am, coins, medals and lots from middle age to modern times will be auctioned. A total of 1,762 lower-priced lots and all multiple lots will be sold.
