On behalf of the Mint Directors Conference (MDC) I would like to wish you, Albert M Beck a very happy birthday on what is a special occasion – reaching the young age of 80. As many of our colleagues would know Albert has been a doyen of the Minting Community, not only as the founder of the World Money Fair (WMF) but also as a great advocate and supporter of the broader industry. His extraordinary knowledge of minting and the success of the WMF has established Mr Albert M Beck as someone well known, highly respected and a friend to many.
