December 11, 2014 – Nine years ago Harlan J. Berk, Ltd. began a gift certificate program in an effort to recognize, in a more thoughtful way, the generosity its clients showed to them throughout the year.
“We use to give out chocolates every year at the holidays, but it felt like it was a waste of money and truly didn’t show the appreciation we wanted to show our clients.” said Aaron Berk.
So what started out with giving 75 of their best clients certificates grew to a tiered system based on the amount a client spent throughout the year. “We are in the business of helping our clients build collections so why not lend to that passion.” said Shanna Berk Schmidt. In the 9 years of doing this Harlan J.
