New edition of «United States Paper Money Errors»

The fourth edition of United States Paper Money Errors by Fred Bart is now available. Bureau of Engraving and Printing errors have been added, nearly all of the 550 illustrations in the book have been changed, and for the first time, there is a section showing some notes in color.
