Seven of the ten most expensive Geneva coins on record were sold at a single auction sale – Numismatica Genevensis’ Auction 18. The offer constituted the most comprehensive ensemble of coins from Geneva that we know of. On a side note, it is also worth mentioning that the other NGSA auctions fetched a total of 17 results in the six-digit range, one even in the seven-digit range.
