January 10, 2019 – There are some events that every serious collector and coin dealer is obligated to attend. Numismata Munich at the MOC-Center is one of them. This year, it will take place from March 2-3, 2019.

There are many reasons why one attends Numismata. For one, there is an abundance of coins, medals, banknotes, premonetary forms of money, services, accessories, literature and everything else a numismatic heart might desire on offer at the convention. After all, coin dealers from all over Europe and the rest of the world embark on the journey to Munich and bring along their goods.
Another reason is how easily reachable the MOC-Center is with its reasonably priced parking spaces as well as the subway station and highway exit in close proximity. All of this is, of course, part of the best possible organization for both visitors and dealers, which has been perfected by Erich and Angela Modes and their team in the past decades.
Bidders will find coins such as this sestertius of Nero during the Emporium Hamburg Auction.
This year, there is yet another reason to attend: Numismata Munich cooperates with the Hamburg-based auction house Emporium Hamburg in order to hold a Premium Auction at the MOC-Center during the convention on March 2, 2019 for the first time. This formula for success, which has become the norm at other conventions, will now also be applied to Numismata. Both events are very likely to attract an even larger range of customers than before.
As per usual, visiting Numismata Munich will be well worth it. As stated above, there simply are some events that every serious collector and coin dealer is obligated to attend.
More information is available at the Numismata’s Website.
