NGC International GmbH (NGC GmbH), the German affiliate of Numismatic Guaranty Corporation™ (NGC®) and Paper Money Guaranty™ (PMG®), will offer additional Munich Expedited Grading Specials into the fall. The turnaround time for the special events will be just two weeks (not including shipping time).
Expedited Grading Specials Are a Huge Success
NGC and PMG had planned to conduct a number of on-site grading events at NGC GmbH’s Munich office in 2020 until the coronavirus forced their postponement. With the NGC and PMG Expedited Grading Specials, submitters will enjoy the same fast turnaround times of the companies’ popular on-site grading events until those events can resume. As an added benefit, there is no additional cost for the expedited turnaround. Submissions to the Expedited Grading Specials will be rushed to NGC and PMG’s headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, USA with insurance coverage based on the submitter’s declared values. Once completed, the submissions will be rushed back to NGC GmbH’s Munich office, again with insurance coverage, to be returned to the customers. Shipping, insurance and customs clearance are included in NGC GmbH’s services fees.
The Offer in Detail
All vintage and modern coins and banknotes are eligible for the Expedited Grading Specials as long as they are received on or before the cutoff dates shown below. Ancient coins and NCS submissions are not eligible for expedited grading and will be shipped separately.

PMG (Banknotes) Munich Expedited Grading Special #3
- Submissions must be received by NGC GmbH by 17:00 on July 24 to qualify.
- Write “PMG Munich Expedited Grading Special #3” on the PMG Europe Submission Form.
NEW! NGC (Coins) Munich Expedited Grading Special #4
- Submissions must be received by NGC GmbH by 17:00 on August 7 to qualify.
- Write “NGC Munich Expedited Grading Special #4” on the NGC Europe Submission Form.
- The weights of all coins submitted must be provided on the NGC Europe Submission Form.
NEW! PMG (Banknotes) Munich Expedited Grading Special #4
- Submissions must be received by NGC GmbH by 17:00 on August 14 to qualify.
- Write “PMG Munich Expedited Grading Special #4” on the PMG Europe Submission Form.

- Submissions must be received by NGC GmbH by 17:00 on August 28 to qualify.
- Write “NGC Munich Expedited Grading Special #5” on the NGC Europe Submission Form.

Additional Expedited Grading Specials or on-site grading events will be announced at a later date.
Paid NGC Collector members (Associate and higher) and NGC Authorized Dealers are entitled to submit to NGC GmbH in Munich. Submissions can be made in person (by appointment only) or through the mail.
