November 7, 2013 – When the USA were celebrating Halloween according to their tradition, a masked man entered a coin shop in Albemarle (USA). Twenty minutes later he left carrying two heavy bags and driving away with the shop owner’s truck. Later the 81-year-old coin dealer Eldridge Roger Gibson, who enjoyed chatting with his clients and had managed his shop for several decades, was found shot. During the night he died of his injuries in the hospital.
On Sunday police located the victim’s car, but there was no trace of the masked man. While the authorities are investigating, a former client and friend of Mr Gibson has called up to create a fund for rewarding anybody who gives information which lead to the arrest of who killed the coin dealer.
