ANA Highest Honor Awards Given to Numismatists Making a Difference

The American Numismatic Association is recognizing several numismatists for their dedication, hard work, passion and contributions to the field of numismatics. The recipients will be recognized at the World’s Fair of Money in Philadelphia, August 14th-18th, 2018.

Part II of the Joel R. Anderson Collection of US Paper Money was offered by Stack’s Bowers Galleries. The 70 unique, extremely rare and finest known pieces and type notes in incredible condition realized $9,652,860, with two notes bringing over $1 million each.
