June 14, 2018 – Coin dealer Jack Noble attended a coin convention in Vancouver (Canada) on June 2, 2018. After leaving the convention he briefly stopped 70 miles away. There he was mugged and robbed. Noble described the suspects as hispanic and said they were driving a red metallic Chevrolet Equinox.

Royal Canadian Mounted Police believe that the owner of “Paccoin” fell victim to members of a known South American gang that targets this area of British Colombia. It is likely that they deliberately picked Noble as a victim and followed him.

According to the Numismatic Information Center Jack Noble stated the following inventory as stolen: “numerous Double row boxes Raw Canada, USA, World Minors and Crowns 100 Ancient Coin NGC, PCGS, ANACS, ICCS Certified Coins. Albums of Coins 13 books of 60 pocket Mostly Canada.”
