March 28, 2013 – Many of you might have seen him at the last World Money Fair, Gernot Dorau, 73 years old, moving with his wheeled walker slowly through the crowd. Now, this dyed-in-the-wool coin dealer is dead. He has been slain in his own coin shop probably during a murder with robbery. His body was found exhibiting severe head injuries. Coins were scattered all around his body. Showcases and cabinets were broken and rifled. The police has mandated an autopsy.

If you are able to read German, here are the articles about it in the Berliner Zeitung and Morgenpost.
