December 23, 2015 – Austrian Mint has published its Programme 2016. The first coin will be ‘Vienna Opera Ball’. Among others the popular series ‘Klimt and his Women’ and ‘Wildlife in our Sights’ will be continued. Here is a comprehensive list.

  • 20.01.2016: 20 euro coin ‘Vienna Opera Ball’. 50,000 proof. Silver Ag 900. 34 mm. Fine weight 18 g.
  • 24.02.: 5 euro coin ‘Dürer’s Young Hare’. 200,000 uncirculated (Copper), 50,000 special uncirculated. Silver Ag 800. 28.5 mm. Fine weight 8 g.
