July 23, 2015 – On Monday 20 July 2015 at around 9.30 am police entered The Coin Shop, Cheyenne (USA). A phone call had informed them about a robbery. In the shop the police detectives found two men shot dead, coin dealer Dwight Brockman, 67, and a 76 year old customer.
Another customer had called the police when he watched the suspect running away. The witness describes the suspect as Hispanic male, ca 5 foot 7 inches with a round face. Cheyenne Police Department has released a sketch of the man.
For the time being it remains unknown if coins or other numismatic objects were robbed. A Fox31 article shows a ring, which is described to be connected with the crime.
