July 19, 2012 – Kurt Rohrer had headed the Swissmint for nearly 15 years. Now the moment of his retirement is approaching. His successor is Marius Haldimann, previously vice-director.
Marius Haldimann is a mechanical engineer FH and NDS and an industrial engineer FH, who has been working for Swissmint since nearly ten years. Therefore he knows perfectly well the workflow. Recently he had taken over responsibility for the technical department.
This changeover in the management took place on July 1, 2012. In order to conduct this change smoothly and to not forfeit the experience of 15 years, Kurt Rohrer will stay at Swissmint as project manager.
