Arrest Made in Brooklyn Coin Dealer Murder

September 1, 2011 – A man has been arrested for the murder of Steve Halfon, a Brooklyn coin dealer. Police found fingerprints of Andrew Jackson, 26, on the car where the victim was murdered.
On Tuesday, August 23, 2011 after the numismatist Mr Halfon had closed his shop at around 5 p.m., he went to his car. In this moment allegedly Mr Jackson and two other criminals kidnapped him in their own vehicle. There they beat Mr Halfon, 61, brutally and deposited him later unconscious not far away from his home. A doctor was not able to help anymore.
